
Salon Policy
Accepted forms of payment include CASH (preferred) or CARD. Please note, a 6% service fee applies to all card and Apple Pay transactions.
Kindly request that no EXTRA GUEST accompany you during your self-care appointment and while services are being provided.
Please prep your hair before you arrive - hair should be completely detangled and product free. A complimentary wash and blow dry are included with your service.
Ensure all additional services are selected when booking your initial appointment to gurantee that you receive the full range of services requested and accurate service time.
If hair is needed for your service please select service that provides hair.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment - appointment must be canceled within 24 hours. You can do this by going into your email appointment confirmation and canceling your appointment. In this case your deposit is non transferable you will need to make a new appointment. If you are unable to cancel in a timely manner there is a 50% service fee charge. PLEASE NO TEXT OR CALLS!
NO CALL/NO SHOW is not tolerated and will result in being blocked from booking future appointments.
There is a 15 min late grace period appointment will be canceled with a 50% service charge. In certain cases I can allow up to 20-25 mins so please communicate a head of time.
DEPOSITS are non-refundable but Transferable within 30 days only if there is availability.
Appointment times vary based on client to client - please be patient and try not to book the day of important events such as: birthdays, anniversaries, photo shoots and etc. Should you need to book the same day as an event please communicate with me before doing so - as planning accordingly is vital and we can try to find something that works!
Unfortunately I am unable to fix or work on other stylist previous installs & work.
Come photo ready as I like to create content as much as possible.
Squeeze in fees: Sundays ( $100 ) & Mondays / After hours ( $75 )
